For Guidance Counselor, what exactly do they mean for the question: "Are you a member of a homeschooler's association"? Does this include my Oversight Group/Umbrella Group for state accountability or does this mean a support type of group?

    My guess is they are interested in the group most likely to hold you to some sort of accountability, which would appear to be the Oversight Group/Umbrella Group in your case.
