Should I take College Algebra or Calculus?

incurablycuriousincurablycurious Registered User Posts: 54 Junior Member
I've already taken pre-calculus and I got a low A on it (it was also a full course of trig. which is why my grade is sorta low...) and Algebra I and II. I'm trying to decide whether to enroll to a community college to take College Algebra or to find another math course like Calculus. Which would be the smartest move??

Can you find a syllabus or past exam for College Algebra? It sounds to me like you're kind of past that point in the curriculum already, so if the syllabus or exams seem easy to you, there'd be no point in taking it, right?

College algebra is the same thing as precalculus. You can start in Calculus 1.
