Transfer to UC as a homeschooled student?

zestylemonszestylemons Registered User Posts: 4 New Member
I am a homeschooled student taking the CHSPE soon so I can go to a community college. Can I avoid fulfilling the remaining state a-g requirements if I take the transfer route and complete two years at a community college and then transfer to a UC with a strong college transcript?

If you transfer as a Junior (60 semester/90 quarter units) minimum, then your HS record will not be considered however some UC’s have a language requirement which can fulfilled with HS Foreign Language classes. Work with your CC advisor closely to make the transfer seamless.
