Cost after Scholarships?

Howard seems to have their full tuition merit scholarships in reach, relative to some schools. How much will Howard cost a year or semester with a Legacy or a Capstone scholarship.?

Capstone - tuition, fees, room (no board)
    Legacy - tuition & fees

With Capstone, you'd need a meal plan + books

With Legacy, you have to cover room as well (DC is expensive)

Ok well I got the Legacy scholarship and I can tell you that I truly only had to pay for housing and room/board (an employee in the A building said that I had to pay some more fees but they didn't exceed $500)

I had a double in Drew last year so I only paid about 2.5k for housing a semester. The meal plan was like 1.8k.

Nothing should be over 12k (in any dorm) with a freshman scholarship (as a freshman).

Board is only about $4000 for the year.
