    MIT usually releases RD decisions on Pi Day, so 3/14 1:59. I am not sure where the 3/15 came from though.

    but ppl ... by 11th march usa will start using daylight saving time... so i guess we need to add only 9.5 hours...( btw harvard has written ET and not EST so... ) so i guess MIT on 14th March 2330 and IVYs on 30th March 0230 ? right or not
