What exactly do colleges mean when they say high school transcript and first division in senior secondary school, i'm confused as to what marks they're expecting. Is it just the 10th and 12th board marks and predicted scores ?( CBSE)

Your high school transcript is sent by your school, not by you.
The US schools expect grades for years 9-11 with the first semester of your 12th year. Your school sends the information. They "expect" true grades from your instructors.

If you are unfamiliar with the process, please access your Education USA office. https://educationusa.state.gov
