IB studies and European College Admission for Americans.

Will completing such courses (IB) help me get to better access to European Universities rather than just having a High School Diploma? I'm a Junior in High School at the moment, I don't know if it's too late to start or not.

In the broadest sense, yes, having the ib diploma will help because the schools wI'll know what you have done and how well compared to the general applicant pool. You should review the admissions criteria at the schools you're considering.

You should have started this course progression at the beginning of junior year.
