How do we send in the IS Report? Does our GC take care of it? Is is something that automatically comes up for them when they so the Secondary School Report?

How does this work?

Yes, your counselor sends it, and it automatically comes up when he signs on commonapp, but depending on what kind of school you're at, (international or not), he might not know what to do. I had to pretty much do everything myself (convert grades, get translations, scan in everything) and then gave it to him to send.

He also needs to send a school profile to the school.

Many schools use a service called WES. It's an excellent way to have your school grades, transcripts, admitted as part of your admission profile.
