Hi, I'm an international student in my senior year. I took the SAT and scored 1910( 690 math, 620 CR, 600 writing). My SAT subjet test scores are 700 on the Biology-M and 730 in Math2, I am taking the chemistry SAT this december. On the TOEFL pbt I got 627 which is equivalent to 108 on the iBT and I'm a 4.0 student. What are my chances to getting into UCLA, UC berkley, UC Davis, Boston University, University of Rochester? I want to major in biomedical engineering( or something related to that). What are some good universities that can accept me? Thank you.

Since you're an international student, the key question will be: do you need financial aid? If you don't, then yes you could qualify for these schools, but not for engineering probably. If you need financial aid, you need a better SAT and only BU is a real possibility ; URochester has financial aid but not for these stats. THe other universities do not have financial aid for international students.
