Has anyone got into top Universities(mit, caltech, harvard, stanford, princeton, etc) with A level results? If yes, please write your UNIVERSITY name, subjects taken in igcse, as and a level and grades on those subjects.
Thank u, it will be alot of help.

The short answer is no, unless the applicant is applying during a gap year. Unlike UK universities, US universities do not (with very limited exceptions, none of which are on your list) offer conditional admissions. So all admissions decisions will be made before A level results are posted.

Now if your question is if any student has been admitted with predicted grades, the answer is yes. Many have.
