which internship to apply to....

hey guys I'm currently a junior majoring in mechanical engineering at NJIT, also a transfer

student from rutgers.

I'm interested in field such as automotive or aerospace but could not find that many

internship opportunities online or at the career fair.....

(yes but for those big ones like toyota, ford....etc they seem quite competitive...)

my gpa is currently under 3.0 now so I'm kinda worried a little as well.

Should I just apply to any internship that has the position of "mechanical"

thanks for the help!
