Nasa Ossi - High school

Hi. To anyone who knows about the system or was accepted into a NASA internship, what are the chances that a high school junior (currently) can get accepted into a program. I live in North Carolina and I'm part of first robotics so I do have experience in tech. I also have programming experience and volunteer/shadow experience in UNC Chapel Hil Hospital and at a specialty doctor's practice. Grades are good as well (mostly AP's, all A's, taking calc and physics). Should I just email some companies or do I have a shot at NASA?
Thanks.
