If you are planning to transfer to a four-year university, why are you particularly concerned about what kinds of jobs you can get with an AA? You won't be on the market with the associate's; you'd have a terminal bachelor's degree.

Those transfer degrees are not really designed to help you find a job; they're designed to help you transfer to a four-year university. You could theoretically find full-time work with one, but it will be relatively difficult. If working after your AA is your goal, then I'd choose a professional program (probably an AAS) or at least a technical program that will teach you some skills. But if you want to transfer, then your AA major doesn't really matter that much.
