Marshall vs Kelley vs Michigan Econ for IB

Which would be the best choice? I'm a transfer student and the above 3 I believe I have a decent chance of getting in. Target schools include NYU Econ and Cal Econ.
How about UNC, Villanova, and UVA? Do bulge brackets recruit over there as well?

    I would say if you could get into UVA b-school thats your best bet as its a target IMO. After that NYU Econ mostly because of location then UNC b-school. then Mich econ, cal econ, then Villanova is a further down as a non-target
