OCR Recruiting?

Do most, if not all, banks recruit at top universities? Are there instances where the location of the school depends where the job offer will be from. For example, will a student at UPenn get job offers from Charlotte/Chicago? What about a UNC student for NYC?

Personally, I want to go to a top university such as UPenn or Columbia but will these schools have recruiting from smaller banks around the country, ex. Wells Fargo Securities
