Should I bother to send Subject Tests??

Hello, I'm very conflicted here. I took the SAT II for US History and Literature and made two very different scores (790 US History, 580 Literature). I plan on applying to some Ivy League schools (Brown, Columbia, Yale, Harvard), and would like to know: would it be worth my while to send both scores, just one, or none at all. Also, I applied to schools through Common App and UC Applicarion center and already and said that I PLANNED to take these tests when I sent in my application. If I'm not really satisfied with the scores, do I even need to report them? And for reference, I did not take the SAT. I did Act w/writing and got a 12/12. Is it possible a bad SAT II Literature score can be helped by a good ACT Writing score at all?
