Is the SAT still worth taking?

I'm still unsure if I should prep to take the SAT since most if not all schools have become test optional. Will a good enough test score still help me stand out in admissions for this year? The main problem is my parents will choose for me to learn online until this is over meaning I won't have a chance to take it in person and on top of that I am not financially able to pay to take the SAT at this time. Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks.

If you can't pay, and you can't take it in person, then it is not possible for you to take it. There is no online, at-home SAT being given this fall.
