My major is Paralegal Studies and Psychology: Criminal Psychology with a Double Minor in Criminal Justice and Writing. I wanted to know if I could still become an (Investigative) Journalist even with these particular degrees? I do plan to get a Masters in Journalism. I heard you do not need a Journalist degree to go into a graduate school to get a Masters in Journalism.

It's theoretically possible -- but you would have to have some compelling writing samples to send as part of your grad school application, especially if you're aiming at some of the more selective schools. My suggestion would be to write for your college paper and try to get some freelance pieces published. For one, it'll hone your basic skills (AP style, for example) but also serve as a way to build your writing portfolio.
