I'm concerned/confused about a few things (LSU admissions application)

Hey CC, I've been filling out my app for LSU as I'm interested in their Petroleum Engineering program (I'm an OOS student who qualifies for in-state tuition through the ACM). I have a few questions that you guys might be able to answer.

Stats: 3.71 UW GPA, SAT: Reading (650), Math (670), Writing (590)

Senior Schedule:

AP Statistics
AP Computer Science
AP Physics
AP Physics (I have this for 2 of my 8 class periods)
Honors English 12
Design & Engineering IV
Linear Algebra (1/2 year)
Calculus III (1/2 year)
Teacher Aide

Firstly, I was looking at LSU's Required Core Units and I see a few potential issues. I have not taken a Fine Arts class, and I have only taken 3 years of Social Science classes (AP World History, American History, and 1/2 years of Civics and Economics) as I opted not to take one this year. Will LSU look at my stats and schedule and see that I've chosen to focus on classes that lead into my major and think "oh let's let him in." Or are they going to see I haven't met requirement X and either reject my application or put it in purgatory to go decide later?

Secondly, trying to fill out my senior schedule with LSU's drop down box makes me want to slam my face into my desk. I cannot find an applicable option to choose for:

AP Computer Science
Design & Engineering IV
Linear Algebra (1/2 year)
Calculus III (1/2 year)
Teacher Aide

What should I do for those?

Thirdly, I know that I need to submit my transcript/SAT Scores/senior schedule after I apply, but for AP credit should I send them now or wait until the scores come out for the ones I take this year? Also, for the Calc III class I can either take it as a self study (high school credit) or as an online course (college credit). The application asks me to disclose all pre-college credit, but I don't know if I'll be taking the class for college credit yet. Can I just put that I'm not taking college classes for when I submit my application and then contact the school later if I do end up taking the Calc III class for college credit?

Sorry for the wall of text, I appreciate any replies!
