I am a International Student

A and above in all subjects on my transcript (with a few A+ scattered around)

I have taken 3 AP courses so far: AP English 4, AP Psy 5, AP Macro 5

I also have taken 7 olevels: Math A*, English A*, Physics A*, Chemistry A*, Economics A*, Business A*, Computer Sc A

I just recently took the ACT without too much prep but I will repeat this exam and I am confident I can push this mark a lot higher: Composite 31 (Eng 31, Math 33, Read 26, Sc 33)
with a 8 in the writing section.

In my senior year (this year) I plan on taking AP Physics C (Both Mech and Elec), AP Chem, AP Calculus BC, AP Computer Sc A, AP Statistics, AP Human Geo, AP Micro and AP Environmental
and as my marks currently stand, I am predicted a 5 in every single one of these subjects.

I am trying to apply for the Mechanical Engineering course at McGill and I am curious as to what are my chances. Thank you in advance!
