Chances/ Admissions Decisions?

I applied to McGill on 10/4/16, and as of 10/11/16 all of my test scores and transcript had been received, changing my application status to "Ready for Review". How long do you think it will be before I find out my decision?
Also, I'm just wondering what you think my chances of being accepted may be (I'm a student from the US):
GPA: 4.0
ACT: 33 Composite
SAT II: 720 World History, 740 Literature
Ap World History, AP Lang, Ap Statistics, Ap Us History: 5s
This year I plan on taking the exams for Ap French, Ap us Gov, Ap Comparative gov, Ap bc calc, Ap Literature, and Ap Environmental Science.
I'm applying for political science
