Chance me for McGill

I am a US High School Citizen with dual citizenship that want to apply to McGill under Science, Arts&Science, or Engineering
I just got my ACT Scores back and I got a 33
English: 34
Math:27
Reading: 35
Science:34
Writing:10
I understand my math score is quite low. However, last time I took it I received a 31 with
English: 31
Math:31
Reading:35
Science:27
Writing:8
I know McGill doesn't superscore, but do you think they will accept me with these stats? I don't really want to take it again, I'm done with testing.

Also, if my school's transcripts have my 9th grade grades on them will McGill look at them? My grades were not great freshman year.
