Tuition changes 2019-2020

Does anyone know when the tuition for next year will be announced? I recently read that Quebec deregulated all international tuition. Up until this year, the only regulated programs was Bachelor of Arts (there might be a couple others but idk) and there was a wide gap between the deregulated BS (39,000 CAD) and the regulated BA (20,000 CAD).

It's obvious the tuition for BAs will increase gradually over the next few years, but what I'm wondering is what will happen to the previously deregulated programs. Will they go down and eventually level out with the BA programs? I'm and American dreaming to attend McGill Faculty of Science but I'm not able to afford it unless I get good scholarships (or tuition suddenly decreases as I'm hoping).

Thoughts anyone???
