”Premed” for US Med schools at McGill

This could be an interesting post for future students too.

McGill wants students taking classes they are capable for their majors and their grades/AP results..etc will dictate what class they may be expected to take.

You are going to have to be an excellent student where ever you do your undergrad/premed and also have excellent MCAT scores.

My daughter may be placing out of “first year chem/bio” by her grades/AP scores.
The issue will be “requirements” for US Med schools... 1st yr chem/bio/physics and organic chem , English and calculus

This could be a delay but not impossible road block.. daughter will be talking to advisors soon. Canadian med school is not an easy path for an international/US student and Carribean med
School would be only last resort .
