Question About Course?

I was looking at MGCR211, one section 781 runs Thursday 6:05-8:55PM and Saturday 9:05-11:55AM. The exact same course, with the same credit value, MGCR211 section 771 runs Wednesday 6:05-8:55PM.

My question is, why does one have double the time in class per week, or is one of the classes optional per week to allow for flexibility? I don't understand why it runs twice as opposed to what seems to be the norm of once per week for 2 hours 50 minutes.
