I have been slacking off my freshman and sophomore years. I have a 2.0 gpa. In my next two years i will be taking AP Macroeconomics, AP US History, AP Calculus, AP Computer Science as well as IB Higher Level Physics and IB Higher Level Mandarin.

What Must I do(Grades, Clubs, Athletics, etc.) in my next two years in order to get accepted at MSU?

You will apply with your freshmen, sophomore, and junior grades. Even in the best scenario, you're not going to get a 3.0 GPA.

You're not going to get in as a freshmen. What you can do is do the very best you can, spend a year or two at a CC after high school and then transfer in. Even a massive upswing in grades right now is likely not going to get you in.

With that said, I'm VERY surprised you're allowed to take AP classes and IB HL with that kind of GPA. Are you sure you'll be able to take all those classes?

Yes I am sure and I expect to average a B+ overall over the next two years
and with a +1 on your gpa for IB HL and AP classes I expect my gpa over the next two years to be around a 4.0. Will this be enough to get in if I also join many ECs and Honors Society? Also I am Indian and can speak 3 different languages. Also if i change my math course to IB Standard Level Math will it have an effect? also does my ability to speak several different languages as well as my ethnicity have an effect on whether i will get into MSU?

Liver, you apply after your junior year, not after your sophomore year.

You're an international student? Then the standards are going to be much higher. Have you taken any tests? (ACT, SAT, etc?)

No, I don't think your GPA will be high enough even after a year or two of 4.0s. Your MAIN priority should be getting your grades up before everything else. Do you plan on applying after you graduate high school and therefore taking a gap year?

Focus on your grades and acing your AP classes. Study for the ACT/SAT and do well on those. I'd also make sure you are involved in SOMETHING. A few clubs or a sport or maybe volunteering somewhere. Don't overwhelm yourself with extracurriculars, though. Try to get a nice balance.
