edited June 2009 in Music Major
The Thornton School of Music will celebrate 125 years with a campus symphony concert at Bovard Auditorium and then continue with a dance party in Alumni Park on Sept. 10th.

More space will be added to the school and three new majors have been announced: B.A. in Choral Music, B.A. in Vocal Jazz and an interdisciplinary major, B.A. in Performing & Visual Arts Studies. This new major will involve classes in the School of Theatre, Thornton School and the School of Cinematic Arts.
