Question about the 2500 Scholarship
I just received my 2500 scholarship from national merit. However, it says in the terms that i can only use the scholarship for college costs and that any unused money needs to be returned. i thought that i would receive the money and that i could spend it the way i wished. my first choice college was rice, but im probably going to a state school for free. if i do, where would the money go? thanks7 replies
