Question regarding transfering from Queens to Hunter College

edited December 2012 in New York Colleges
I just recently found out that my pre-calculus grade for this semester was a D+.. However my GPA is around 3.0. I am a freshman, and that was my first semester. I applied to hunter college for fall 2013, i am continuing my spring 2013 semester at queens college. I was wondering what are my chances of getting in. My high school GPA was around 84-85ish (don't remember) and my SAT was only 1490.

Also would I be allowed to retake pre-calculus (in queens or hunter) and the grade will be replaced by whatever I get my second try?

I'm not sure if you can edit a post or not, i'm sorry lol but is it also true that if you xfer from cuny to cuny, the grades will not show up in your new school but it will only show if you passed or failed??
