Sorry bro, chances are slim. To transfer into Stern, you basically need get better grades than the Sternies themselves. To get in, you probably need close to a 4.0 gpa. One or two A- maybe acceptable, so around a 3.8 or 3.9.

I actually did better than I thought,,,

    So I got
    Micro Econ A-

    Macro Econ A-

    International Writing Workshop A

    Calculus B+

    GPA: 3.7

What are my chances now? Also, is it true that calculus is the most important subject?

Should I drop calculus right now and retake it next semester?

Give it a shot, but I think your chances are slim. Don't consider dropping Calc, that looks horrible on your transcript.
