Designing My Own Semester

I have been trying to work this out for a while and I think I need help. Ok, so I already have my Bachelors, I just want to take classes to add on to what I know. The problem is I'm interested in a variety of fields and it's been hard for me to figure out where/ how to take these classes in the span of a few months. I'm interested in graphic design, fashion design, screenwriting, and drama, but I don't know where to go to take all of those courses at once. I've been looking into Continuing Education classes but I'm not sure if there are other options. Advice would be very much appreciated!
