Should I submit my Math SAT II score?

Narwhal14Narwhal14 Registered User Posts: 14 New Member
Hi everyone!
I'm applying to Northwestern ED in 3 days and just got my SAT II scores - I got a 770 in Math II.
I want to go into Engineering and am applying for industrial engineering, so they "recommend" having two. Should I submit my score? If it makes any difference, I got a 36 composite on my ACT, and 36 on the math section. I am also in AP Calc BC. I think I have a fairly good shot for Northwestern aside from this, so I don't want it to hurt my chances.
Thank you!!

An 800 is definitely preferable to 770 since you are applying as an engineer, and ACT math is not as challenging as subject tests. It is expected that you get at least a 35ish score. So, if you could retake the IIC and get an 800, your chances would be much higher. Nevertheless, anything above 750 is considered advanced by even ivy colleges.
