Hello everyone,

I was wondering if any of the current Oliners who visit this forum could give us candidates a sense of what the interviews and group exercises will be like... (unless its supposed to be confidential or something :) )

thanks!

I really liked that I had pretty much no idea going into the group exercises and interviews. They aren't really something you can prepare for. I can say that there is a group building exercise that is just for fun (lots of fun!) and is not evaluated at all, and some group activities and an interview that will let your interview group (usually made up of a current student or alum, a faculty member, and a staff member) get to know you better.
