Online Courses for only CEU credits?

I'm currently on my second years of high school. Over the summer I decided that i wanted to take some web programming classes, but due to the lack of transportations to nearby city college, I have decided to take them online. The thing is many of the online classes that I found only give you CEU credits (ex: IWA-HWG eClasses). So I was wondering if it's good for high school students to take online classes that didn't offer college credit but CEU credits.
