Any idea on what would be a flexible degree?

Soo I’ve always wanted to finish my degree but got side tracked by home isssues that were pretty traumatizing and now I am a single parent. I’m at a point where I have he opportunity to finish and I am jumping on the offer because not only is it my goal but it’s also a potential better future. I’m stuck however I want to make sure I pick something not that I just enjoy but will be a good route.

I’ve narrowed it down to human resource management and computer network and security. All would be bachelors of science.

Which one would be viable? I have a few ideas of why I want to do them but their usefulness afterwards worries me.

HR because I just generally want to experience being on the other side of the table and I like the scalability.

Computer tech was just because I’ve always been into computers..
