Online math course for summer

I need some help with registering for courses over the summer break.

In order to transfer to engineering, I need to apply at a different community college for college algebra and trigonometry, since my CC doesn't offer said course but offers pre-calc.

My advisor gave me a couple of options so I decided to stick with genesee until today when I realized that my library doesn't offer any tutors so I applied to Westchester community college.

as an online student, will I be able to go to tutoring on-campus or is that not possible. I figured that if I applied somewhere nearby, then I'll be able to access that college for certain things.

also, how do online courses and scheduling work? I also plan to work so I need to find out when's the best day for me to work and do classes and so on.
