Hi are online degrees from ivy leagues are equal in prestige in comparison to attending an Ivy League in person?

    Find out the following:
Was curriculum actually developed by college or was it outsourced? Some colleges don’t have the money to invest in their own program so they outsource it to companies who manage course development and market everything... and just give the school a portion of revenue.
Are the professors teaching online the same who teach on campus? (PhD tenured faculty)?
Will your diploma or transcript indicate if the degree was earned online?

Those are just a few things to investigate when looking at online schools. You can earn a high caliber education online, but you just have to do your homework on the institution.

What Ivy League school offers a degree online? If it is Harvard Extension it is not the same degree you would earn on campus.
