Which online university offers the most generous aid?

As in scholarships, grants, etc for someone with fairly high high school grades (3.4 GPA).

    you can get federal aid (pell grants and title iv loans) from any accredited university. Many for-profit don't offer merit scholarships, so if you are looking for that as well you should look into one of the non-profit universities with an online program. I know off-hand that Ivy Bridge College of Tiffin University Ivy Bridge at a Glance[/url offers scholarships (because I know that program well) but I am sure some of the other non-profits do as well.
