Confirming Audition Requirements

Hi!

I'm waiting to hear from Ms. Hill regarding the details of my audition but I wanted to see if anyone out there might be able to tell me if the only requirement regarding the length for the uptempo song, ballad and monologue is that the 3 selections do not exceed 3 minutes. Is that basically it? So it's up to the individual to divide that time accordingly across the 3 pieces? Thanks in advance for any information!!

I hope that by now you've heard from us. But just to clarify for everyone: yes, it's basically up to you to divide the 3 minutes as you see fit. But we are adding a simple limitation of no more than 32 bars for either song. That instruction will be included in all notices to our candidates. The point here is to make sure that you don't spend so much time on one piece that you don't ever get to your third.

Hope this helps. Happy new year to all!
