As overseas Pakistani students have an option to appear in 5 instead of 8 papers .does this effect the equivalency.or they should appear in some extra 3 subjects instead of Pak Studies Islamic and urdu

if you gave OL as overseas and now you're in pakistan for A Level or even university admisson, you'll have to give pak st, islamiat and urdu. If you're overseas for both O and A Level, you wont need to give the extra 3. It doesn't affect your equivalence, it's calculated out of 500 instead of 800.
