Transcript Question

I need to submit my transcripts by November 30.
My transcripts are getting sent tomorrow (28th), but I wanted to know if they should be faxed or mailed?
Which is faster?
Which is more reliable?

According to the psu admissions facebook page, as long as the transcripts are postmarked by Nov 30th, then they will be counted in the priority application as long as everything else was in prior to that.
That being said, the admissions office won't be back in until Monday, so I'm not sure it matters if you fax or mail them. They will probably get them same time. You can always get a delivery receipt and mail priority if mailed.
