With or without vet school?

Im a high school junior starting to pick out colleges. Right now i have severl on the mind: U of MD College Park, VA tech, NC State,Rutgers, Penn State, U of Del, UPENN, Cornell, U of GA and U of Wis Madison. I want to major in Animal Science for sure and i am even thinking of doing a double major with biotechnology or biological sciences.

What animal science programs would be the best. Also, would the fact that a college does have a vet school, like UMD, VATech, NCSU,UGA, mean it will have a better animal science progam than a college without a vet school, like Rutgers and Penn State?
