I have a cousin who went to TAFT. SHe was a star student. SHe did very well there. I know her a little bit but do you think that having her as family will increase my chances. BTW , she went to stanford and harvard after TAft) just wondering though!!!!! THANKS

it couldnt hurt lol. I think that it could help that you have anyone in your family that went to taft. did you put her down on the alumni pages? if you did, it should help. But tread cautiously, your essays grades etc are most important

It cannot hurt. But cannot be a big help either.
Having a cousin is not considered a family legacy. Only direct family members are.
