Getting into trouble

My nephew goes to Boarding School and he is worried about some pictures of him posted online. They are of him drinking alchohol. The pictures are of him before he even started going to Boarding school and he has never touched alchohol since. Can he get into trouble for this by the Boarding School? If so is it usually a detention, suspension, expulsion, etc? He is trying to get the photos deleted but the person that posted them isn't responding?
Thanks for your time and help

He didn't actually drink alcohol. But he was at a party and there was alcohol next to him in the photo and it could be interpreted as him drinking it since all the kids around him were drinking it.

I don't know how the BS would react. On a different note, your nephews alibi seems suspect :)

I dont think that acts that happen before he entered the boarding school will be held against him and the type of situation you describe is not likely serious or significant enough to be an issue after the fact
