QB NCM or Harvard SCEA

Hey everyone. I need some help regarding college apps. Harvard is my number one choice school and I'll obviously have a higher chance through SCEA but if I get matched to one of the non-binding schools (-Princeton) on QB, I can get a full ride. From my stats, would I have a better chance at Harvard SCEA or QB NCM.
