    No - I dont know of any exceptions. I suppose you would need to try and negotiate that before enrolling. Perhaps a family need such as summer employment to earn money in order to continue? No clue if that would work - ha! Honest, this is a huge hardship financially to pay for 4 straight semesters. Loans accruing interest and etc for 6 months (Spring/Summer 2020). But it is very clear this program is designed to help only RPI’s revenue. Its sad because the president is the highest paid of all universities (google It - very discouraging).
