No Arab Freshmen? /Chances of getting in

I was looking at Rice's freshman profile for last year, and I noticed that they had no middle eastern students. I'll be applying from the middle east (Qatar) this year, so does this fact help me in any way? What do you think my chances of getting are with these scores? I'll be applying for Chem E.
- GPA: 4.167 ( Unweighted), 4.0 ( Weighted)/ I only joined my school last year so this is the maximum I could achieve
- SAT: 1570 ( out of 1600)
- SAT subjects: 770 maths 2, 730 molecular biology, I’m also planning to take four more AP’s this year ( Chemistry, Physics 1, Calculus AB, and English Literature)
- Toefl Ibt: 114/ 120
- AP: 5 Ap Psychology/ 3 Ap Biology ( Also the maximum I could take last year, owing to my schedule)

In terms of extracurriculars, I haven't done much. Generally, we are not afforded many opportunities where I'm from, but I have worked with my school to edit and design educational videos.
