What questions should I ask the Rice representatives about their college? What should I do to catch their eye and have a better chance to get into their college?

If there were easy answers to those questions, thousands of applicants would do it too so you wouldn't catch anyone's eye. The best thing you can do is be yourself; that's the one thing you have that no one else does.

@InvisRiptide This type of event is more of a large information session, you can then ask questions afterward. It is somewhat informal. At one we went to the admission director spoke, then a few others gave information. At the conclusion these people stood at different places around the room and you could get in line and ask them questions. This session, other than using it to show interest on your app, has nothing to do with getting in.
