Re-appeal for financial aid.

I am an international student from Asia and I got a merit scholarship worth 21K from RIT. I came from a middle-class family, hence, I applied for financial aid: as it's not possible for my family to fully pay the remainder of the tuition. I requested for 15K aid and it got rejected. My question is can I re-appeal for financial aid?

You can, but it won't help. They may not even look at it again. Are you hoping for full tuition? Their website says they don't offer that to International students.

No, I am not looking for full tuition. I'll be more than happy if I can get around 10K as aid and take the remainder as bank loan from my home country. Do you think it's possible?
