Declaration of Financial Support?

I am an international student and I would really appreciate if someone can help me out with the RIT's Declaration of Financial Support form for my I-20.
I have some questions below:

1) What are assured support and projected support? The form asks for " assured support first year" and "projected support second, third, and fourth year"?

2)It say " Since scholarships are limited and applicants are able to apply for limited need-based scholarships, the total support that may include these scholarships must total 55k in order for RIT to issue the I-20..." Does this mean I have to indicate my "assured support first year" as a minimum of 55k? If so, how about the "projected support" boxes? How should I fill in?

3)I got an 18k scholarship so i'm just required to pay 34k. But I'm not sure if I have to indicate the "assured support" as 34k or 55k?

4) And after filling in the assured and projected support, I'm asked to indicate the total amount available for my 1st year of study at RIT. Again, should I go with 34k ( after subtracting the scholarship from the total cost of attendance) or 55k.

I know this may sound complicated but please help me.
